Whats On In Darwin

Hi all

well the Dry season is well and truly with us now – the cool ( some locals would say Freezing) wind is with us, the Dragon flies are out and about and Glenti is just around the corner.

Drawing Greek Glenti is one of the highlights of the year – come down to the esplanade next weekend and enjoy the greek, food, wine, beer, octopus, Souvla,Baklava, Honey puffs, dancing, music and general ambience.

Of course this weekend we have the AFL, – Melbourne Vs the Crows as well as the 5th Battalion parading the flag on the Esplanade.

The V8’s are only 2 short weeks away now, as well – so there is plenty to see and do.

While you’ re here – if you see our vintage WW2 truck driving around town – give us a wave  or why not follow us to the Visitor Information Centre – thats where tours leave from – and jump onboard for a memorable tour of Darwin city. We run an award winning tour in the only WW2 vehicle operating commercially in Australia – why not Do Darwin Differently! Come and join the Experience.

with kind regards

David
